Grouping Measurement Points
The grouped measurement points are output as the same site when the measurement recipe is output.
How to Execute
Create a Group
Right-drag the area on screen containing the measurement points, or right-drag on the measurement points in the datalist of Measurements tab in Measurement Panel, to open the context menu. Select Group/ from the context menu to create a group place the points under the group. Group is not created when there is only one measurement point to be grouped (can be changed in Preference. See Group/Allow for a Single Measurement Point Group in Preference Action/Recipe Creation/Add Measurement page.).

| Create New Group | Place the selected measurement points in a group. If the selected measurement points cannot be grouped together (*), the group is not created. |
| Try Grouping | Create multiple groups if the points cannot be grouped together (*). |
| Try Grouping & Prune | Executing Try Grouping and remove any measurement points not belonging to the created groups. |
(*) You can restrict the grouping such that only the measurement points with the same FOV Size and Direction can be grouped together. See Group/Grouping Only within/Same FOV Size, Group/Grouping Only within/Same Direction in Preference Action/Recipe Creation/Add Measurement page.
Ungrouping
Right-click a group in the datalist of Measurements tab in Measurement Panel to open context menu, then select Group/Ungroup to ungroup the measurement points.
Related settings
You can change the prefix of the group name by changing the preference. See Group/Name Prefix in Preference Action/Recipe Creation/Add Measurement page.
