If no similar figures are found for creating measurement point, you can search the surrounding figures to find a figure that can create a measurement point. See Duplicate/Length Tolerance, Duplicate/Search Retry Range in Preference Action/Recipe Creation/Add Measurement page.
Duplicate Measurement Point to Selected Chip of Array
If Select Grid Points to Duplicate
is ON, it is able to duplicate measurement point to selected chip of array.
Chips to which the measurement point is duplicated can be individually specified with buttons.
When Jobdeck
is OFF, the display is in a table format according to the input nx
, ny
, dx
and dy
, with the origin at the original measurement point.
When Jobdeck
is ON, the display is in a table format with the origin at the lower left and spreading to the upper right regardless of the mirror or pitch. If there are multiple arrays referencing the same chip, measurement point is duplicated only to chips of array where the original measurement point is located.
Measurement point is duplicated only to coordinates of the chips that are turned ON in this table.
The element framed in red are the coordinates of the original measurement point and cannot be turned ON.
The entire table can be turned ON/OFF by clicking in the upper left corner.
