Software License Agreement
Please read this agreement carefully. Terms and conditions hereof may be amended without any notice to users. Any such amendments shall be announced on the download page and the history of amendments shall be updated on this page.
This agreement shall be executed between a user, whether a person or an entity, (hereinafter referred to as “User”) and Nippon Control System Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “NCS”) regarding the software product as defined below (hereinafter referred to as “Software”). By downloading this Software, User is deemed to accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement. Upon User’s acceptance of this agreement, NCS grants to you a non-exclusive license to use the Software, provided that User agrees to and complies with the following terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
This Software is protected by Japanese Copyright Law, International Treaty provisions and any other laws and regulations protecting intellectual property. Even when User downloads the Software, User does not own the title to the Software, but is just granted permission to use it.
1. License of the Software
This agreement grants User the right to use the Software on multiple computers.
2. Restrictions
User shall not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
User shall not use any component of the Software by separating from the package of the Software.
User shall not redistribute copies of the Software.
3. Copyright
The Software is owned and copyrighted by NCS.
4. No Warranty
NCS makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Software including all the information displayed by the Software in this article, as to non-infringement of third-party rights, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall NCS be liable for any damages of any kind whatsoever suffered by any user including User and any third party arising from or in connection with the Software (including but not limited to any loss of profits), even if NCS has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party.
