neoEBV version 01.14.00 is released.

The major changes are as follows:

Display, Cache

  • Fix an issue in deleting cache files that do not match the conditions specified by --cache-day preference or --cache-size preference .
  • MEBES-JB Support specifying Cassette and Pellicle files for circle mask.
  • GDSII Add an option to improve the performance of several operations including drawing.
  • OASIS Change the default values of the preferences to ON to speed up the display with finer distributed granularity of processing.
  • OASIS.CL Change the default values of the preferences to ON to speed up the display with finer distributed granularity of processing.

Calculation

  • Fixed a bug in Density Map, Vertex Count Map, and Figure Count Map that caused slow speed when the number of mesh divisions was large.

Measurement

  • Fix an issue in failing to extract slant measurement points by LS Detect.
  • Support specification of the order in which the measurement points are created when duplicating measurement points by the placement information retrieved from the jobdeck.

Add mark

  • Add a function to display a frame on Mark.

GUI/Data list, Handling

  • Fix an issue where the background color of the chip on the File List is not grayed out when the display area has no figure.
  • Add a function Auto Navigation to navigate through items on the data list.

Preference

  • Rename --save-preference-to-file preference to --save-settings-to-file preference accompanying its extension of the configuration save control function.

General

  • Fix an issue in crashing under heavy processing load when running with the --headless option option.
